Returns

If you would like to request a refund or return please contact me at amberlouisauk@gmail.com for return details.

I am only able to accept a return if it is within a 14 day period of receiving your order.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns for candles but if you receive a candle that is damaged please let me know within 24 hours of receiving your order so I can send you a new one or refund you as soon as possible.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return. Please use a 'signed' for service to guarantee proof of delivery back to me and keep your postal receipt.

Please note that for hygiene reasons I do not accept any returns or refunds on earrings purchases unless they are faulty or arrive in a damaged condition.
